Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Ensure the apparel is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
